While it may not feel like it here in the Lowcountry quite yet, fall has officially arrived. We love fall here at Fat Hen because with it comes exciting changes to our menu and wine list.
We have a few menu items here at Fat Hen that aim to capture the flavors of fall. Our squash rice, available in two portion sizes, is complemented with fall favorites like butternut squash and corn. Not to mention, it’s vegetarian and gluten-free.
Our rich and smoky seared duck confit served with garlic spinach and sweet potatoes is sure to put you in the fall mood, as is our braised lamb shank, deliciously accompanied by carrots and parsnips. With the introduction of our fall wine list, our experienced servers can help you find the perfect wine pairing for your fall inspired dish.
Make the most of fall by checking out our fall menu items and wine list, or enjoying cool evenings at The Coop with live music, good friends, and great drinks. Happy fall, ya’ll!

In its inaugural year, 21,000+ readers nominated approximately 6,000 businesses in more than 300 categories casting an astounding 200,000+ votes! On Sunday, September 25th, Fat Hen was featured along with the other winners in a special section of the paper announcing winners!

We’ve just rolled out Fat Hen’s newest reservation system! Meet Resy.
With an app available to download on the App Store (or by visiting the Reservation page on our website), our newest addition will eliminate the multiple steps it used to take to make a reservation.
Each restaurant is road tested and handpicked.
No waiting games. Two taps and the table is yours.
Take our word for it, the magic doesn’t stop there.
If you have an upcoming reservation, don’t stress! All reservations made prior to today’s switch will just be rolled over in Resy’s system.
