- Red Wine Vinegar 20 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2oz
- Honey 2oz
- Olive Oil Blend 62 oz
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl mix together the honey and mustard, then add a little red wine vinegar to help start an emulsion.
- Then alternate oil and vinegar to make your dressing, season taste and adjust then serve.
