yield 3 cups
- ½ cup Parsley chopped
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz tarragon vinegar
- 2 cups hellmans mayonnaise
- 3 ea cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ fillets anchovy mashed
- 1 oz chives minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper to taste
Method:
- Wash and chop your herbs and then add the rest of your ingredients
- Whisk until all incorporated
- Taste adjust and refrigerate until ready to use.
